Age Requirement and Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to access, browse or purchase from the Website. By placing an order, You confirm that You are legally of age to purchase alcohol in the United Kingdom and that the delivery will be received by a person aged 18 or over.

The Company operates a Challenge 25 policy. Our delivery partners and staff may require proof of age at the point of delivery. If valid identification cannot be produced, the order will not be handed over and a refund (less any applicable delivery charge) will be issued.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at any time, including where an order appears to breach these Terms, applicable law, or our responsible retailing obligations.

An order is only accepted once the Company sends a confirmation email. Until that point, no binding contract exists between You and the Company, even if an order acknowledgement is issued.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable UK duty and VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price charged will be the one confirmed at the point of order acceptance.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our approved third-party payment processors. The Company does not store Your full card details. By submitting payment, You authorise the processor to charge the card or account details You have provided.

Delivery

Delivery is made to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or over. If a delivery cannot be completed due to failed age verification, the order will be returned and a refund (less any applicable delivery and return charge) will be issued.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of alcoholic products, the Company does not generally accept returns of opened or consumed goods. Your statutory consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact the Company within 7 days of delivery with evidence, and a replacement or refund will be arranged in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Responsible Consumption

Intellectual Property
